At 1412 Development and Solutions, we are a family business with a 15 year history, albeit, our collective experience by far exceeds this within the building and construction industry.  By way of an example, one of our team members is a time-served joiner with 40 years experience. 

We are passionate about our work and pride ourselves on being able to offer competitive rates, whilst fostering strong working relationships with all our clients, both commercial and domestic, who are at the heart of everything we do.

Our unique position enables us to provide high quality workmanship across a wide skillset, including; construction, joinery, roofing, plumbing, plastering and rendering.    In addition to this, we can provide services to cover all aspects of maintaining and developing your property/properties from flooring, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, tiling, to external decking, landscaping and beyond.
